Flexus TrackMail (by Flexus Solutions) — email open and click tracking for Gmail (Chrome extension and Workspace Add-on) and Outlook (add-in), with a web app for history, reminders, schedule send, and billing.

What the application does

Flexus TrackMail helps professionals know when recipients open their outbound email and which links are clicked. Users install the Gmail Chrome extension, optional Gmail Workspace Add-on (Business), and/or Outlook add-in, sign in with Google or Microsoft, and enable tracking when sending. The product also provides contact-thread analytics, optional open/click notifications, reminders, and optional “send later” scheduling.

Google user data requested

openid, email, profile — Sign in with Google, create/link your Flexus TrackMail account, and display your account email in the app and extension.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — Used to send an email you already composed and scheduled for later delivery (“Send later”).
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose — Used only to save that scheduled message as a Gmail draft you can edit before send time, then remove the draft after it sends. Flexus TrackMail does not use these scopes to send unsolicited mail or to read your inbox.
gmail.addons.execute and gmail.addons.current.message.metadata / .action / compose — Used by the Flexus TrackMail Google Workspace Add-on (Business) inside Gmail on web and mobile to show open/click status for the message you open in the add-on and to insert a tracking pixel when you choose “Track this email” in compose. These scopes do not grant full mailbox read access.

How Google user data is used

Authenticate you and operate your Flexus TrackMail workspace.
Associate tracked sends, opens, clicks, reminders, and scheduled messages with your account; show tracking status in the Gmail add-on for Business users.
Send a scheduled message via the Gmail API at the time you selected, when you use send-later.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of Flexus TrackMail. It is not used for serving advertisements, determining credit-worthiness, or lending purposes.

Data sharing and transfer

We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except (a) as necessary to provide the service (for example hosting infrastructure that processes your requests), (b) for security/legal compliance, or (c) with your direction. Stripe processes payments and does not receive Gmail message content via Google APIs.

Limited Use compliance

Flexus TrackMail’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and retention

Account identity (Google subject id, email, name) is stored while your account is active. If you use send-later, an encrypted OAuth refresh token may be stored so the scheduled send can complete. You may revoke Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions and request deletion via trackmail.support@theflexus.com.
